Dear colleagues and friends,

I am delighted to welcome you to the 9^th Maghrebian  Congress of Neurosurgery which will be held in tunis on october 1, 2 and 3 2023.

The scientific committee will prepare a high-caliber scientific program that will include presentations by renowned international and national experts covering all subspecialties and comprises three main topics: skull base, endoscopy and spine. We really appreciate the contribution of our honorable guests from the Maghreb and abroad, they will kindly share their experience and knowledge.

The organizing committee is making all efforts to ensure a memorable and successful scientific meeting.

Finally, we hope that all attendees will benefit from the presented scientific program  and enjoy the social aspects of the meeting offered in our beautiful city.
